RE: APPROVE DESIGNATION OF PARTICULAR PUBLIC PLACE FOR POSTING OF
PUBLIC NOTICES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(2)(c), the Board of County Commissioners
shall designate a particular public place for officially posting notices of public meetings, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to designate the bulletin board in
the foyer of the Administration Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, and the
Weld County Public Notice Website, as the public place for posting notices of public meetings,
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the bulletin board and the Weld County Public Notice Website mentioned
above, be, and hereby are, declared to be the designated public place to be used for posting all
official notices of public meetings.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of January, A.D., 2024, nunc pro tunc January 1, 2024.
