RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF PATRICK O'NEILL AS DIRECTOR OF WELD COUNTY
FACILITIES DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Facilities Department is an integral part Weld County,
fulfilling the role of construction manager and performing repairs and maintenance of County
grounds and facilities, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Patrick O'Neill as the Director of the
Facilities Department, effective August 19, 2024.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by Board of Weld County Commissioners that,
Patrick O'Neill be, and hereby is, appointed as the Director of the Weld County Facilities
Department, effective August 19, 2024.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 19th day of August, A.D., 2024,
