Gentleman:
Western Geophysical Company of America, as an independent contractor, has
been engaged by Pan Am Pet. Corp, to conduct geophysical services for and on be-
half of same . In connection therewith, request is hereby respectfully
made for permission to conduct geophysical work, within a period cf
( 90 ) clays, over and across those certain lands owned and/or leased by you, more
particularly described as follows: On Weld County Roads
In consideration for the granting of this permission, we agree that ;::! work per-
formed by us on the lands shall be conducted at our own risk and expense, anc: we agree
to pay all damages caused by or arising from our operations on the lands described above.
This company will furthermore indemnify and hold you harmless from all lia-
bility to or claims of others should any such claims result from our operations on your
property. Upon the completion of our geophysical work, we agree to fill excavations and
restore the ground to substantially the same condition in which it was found.
Please indicate your agreement hereto by signing and returning to us the at-
tached duplicate of this letter.
