ORDERING A PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD #8-18 TO BE VACATED, ABANDONED AND
CLOSED:
WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the Board of County
Commissioners signed by not less than two-thirds of the freeholders
owning land adjoining that certain road hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the necessities of the public no
longer requires this County Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, order that a portion of County
Road designated on the County Road Map as Number 4-18, commencing approxi-
mately 2000 feet south of the northwest corner of Section 3, Township
5 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. Weld County, Colorado, being the
north approach to a dry gulch bridge, continuing south to the southwest
corner of Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 67 west of the 6th P.M.,
Weld County, Colorado, being the intersection with State Highway Number
34, be and hereby is vacated, abandoned and closed.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote:
