A public hearing was conducted on June 19, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

The following business was transacted:
n._= I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated June 7, 2024, a public hearing was conducted
to consider the request of Thomas and Connie Johnson, to withdraw Zoning Permit,
ZPAG22-0012, for certain uses Agricultural Support and Service (trucking company principally
engaged in the hauling of agricultural products) outside of subdivisions and historic townsites in
the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Karin McDougal, Deputy County Attorney, made this a matter
of record.
m_= Diana Aungst, Department of Planning Services, stated staff recommends acceptance of the
withdrawal of the application pursuant to an email received from the applicant on June 13, 2024.
EJ Commissioner James moved to accept the request of Thomas and Connie Johnson for the
withdrawal of Zoning Permit, ZPAG22-0012, for certain uses Agricultural Support and Service
(trucking company principally engaged in the hauling of agricultural products) outside of
subdivisions and historic townsites in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, based on the
recommendation of Planning staff. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Buck and it
carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:02 a.m.
