We, William E. Buck, Donald A. Carpenter and Dale E. Shannon,
the Judges of the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, at
a meeting held en bane as required by law do hereby pursuant to Chapter
56, Article 3, Section 8, Colorado Revised Statutes 1953, as amended,
fix the compensation of Mary Connell as Chief Deputy Clerk of the
District Court at the sum of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($4,800.00),
payable monthly at the rate of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) per month
commencing January 1, 1964.
