Bids were received and opened on April 16, 2024, for B2400081 - Dell Professional
Services and Quest AD Migrator (Project IT -1555). Two (2) bids were received ranging
from an Incomplete (disqualified) to $118,242.50. Attached is the bid tabulation for your
information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Dell Technologies out of
Round Rock, TX proposed the lowest cost solution of $118,242.50 and meets the
needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2400081 - Dell
Professional Services and Quest AD Migrator to Dell Technologies, for a total amount of
$118,242.50.
