Notice is hereby given that there were filed in the District Court
of Adams County, Colorado on the 23rd day of October, 1961, Petitions
entitled, 'fa the Matter of the Petitions of Taxpaying Steetors for
the Organisation of the *tighten Area Fire Protection Distinct', in Adams
County, and weld County, Coloreds, *doh Petit tens pray for the organisa-
tion of said district, and said Petitions are now on file at the Office
of the Clerk of the District Court, Adams County, Colorado, in arighton.
Colorado, and are available for public inspection. The purpose et the
district is to provide protection against lire services to the inhabitants
of the district by any and all available roans. The following is a
description of the boundaries of said district lying within the counties
of Adana and weld, State of Colorado.
