The Board of County Commissioners has the option of attending in person or participating by proxy by appointing a current Briggsdale Water Company Board Member to represent them. If the BOCC chooses to attend in person, only one member of the Board is required to be present; however, multiple members are welcome to attend. What options exist for the Board?
