RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO HUMAN SERVICES ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Human Services Advisory Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Andrea Hernandez to said board as the Private Sector Representative, with a standing term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Andrea Hernandez be, and hereby is, appointed to the Human Services
Advisory Commission, with a standing term.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 4th day of November, A.D., 2024.
