RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Wednesday, May 21, 1969
at 2:00 P. M. in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing a petition of H. D. Scott, 917
31st Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, requesting a change of zone from "E" Es-
tates District to "C" Commercial District, and
and
WHEREAS, the petitioner was present and represented by counsel,
WHEREAS, there was no one present in opposition to the change of
zone, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testi-
mony and statements of those present, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the re-
quest of the petitioner and studied the recommendation of the Weld County
Planning Commission as submitted on March 4, 1969, and having been fully
informed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS that the petition of H. D. Scott for a change of zone from
"E" Estates District to ''C" Commercial District, said area being more
particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land located in the SE4SW4 of Section
16, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th
P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, and more parti-
cularly described as follows: Commencing at the
SW corner of said Section 16 and considering the
South line of the SW4 of said Section 16 to bear
North 89°49'58" East and with all other bearings
contained herein relative thereto: Thence North
89°49'58" East, along the South line of the SW+
of said Section 16, 1, 634. 00 feet: Thence North
00°10'01" West, 426.00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning; Thence continuing North 00°10'02"West,
302. 00 feet to a point on the South right-of-way line
of the Greeley Irrigation Company Canal; Thence
along said South right-of-way line of the Greeley
Irrigation Company Canal along said South right-
of-way line of the Greeley Irrigation Company Canal by
the following three (3) courses and distances: South
84°23'54", 614. 14 feet; North 72°45'21" East, 283. 88
feet; North 56°00'15" East, 151.15 feet to a point on
the East line of the SW4 of said Section 16; Thence
South 00°13'20" East, along the East line of the SW+
of said Section 16, 495.55 feet; Thence North 85°11'
35" West, 1, 012. 24 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
containing 7.632 acres m/l,
is hereby granted under the conditions following:
1. Any water and sanitation facilities to be installed shall be approved

by the State Health Department.
2. All applicable subdivision regulations, and zoning regulations
shall be followed and complied with to the satisfaction of the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado.
