RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO ISLAND GROVE PARK ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the term for a certain position on the Island Grove Park Advisory Board will
soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Tim Magnuson to said board as the Weld County Representative, with a term to expire March 1,
2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Tim Magnuson be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Island Grove Park
Advisory Board, with a term to expire March 1, 2027.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of January, A.D., 2024.
