CALL TO ORDER:
Mike Freeman, President, called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
APPROVE MINUTES OF APRIL 3, 2023:
By motion duly made by Travis DePorter and seconded by Bruce White, the minutes of
April 8, 2024, were approved unanimously.
REVIEW STATUS OF WELD COUNTY FOR ROAD PROJECTS: Curtis Hall from Public Works
provided a memo to the Board with an update detailing the status of the HARP road projects.
Curtis Hall reviewed the detail of the memo at the meeting:
The 2024 HRP program has completed two projects, started another project and one is
scheduled to start in July and is projected to be completed by the end of October.
1. Public Works Crews have completed CR388 from CR61 to the end of the road with a
total cost of $19,335.
2. Public Works Crews have completed CR59 from Hwy 392 to CR61 with a total cost of
$221,548.
3. Public Works Crews have started CR77 from CR100 to CR106 with a current cost of
$227,991.
4. Public Works Crews are scheduled to start CR22 from Hwy 85 to CR31 in July and the
project is projected to be complete by the end of October.
REVIEW 2023 AUDIT: Chris D'Ovidio, Controller, stated Hinkle & Company, Certified Public
Accountants, conducted the audit as of December 31, 2023, and no exceptions were found. By
motion duly made by Bruce White and seconded by Travis DePorter, the audit was approved
unanimously.
There was no other business to come before the Board.
NEXT MEETING DATE: The next meeting date is October 14, 2024, at 3:00 p.m.
ADJOURN: Mike Freeman, President, adjourned the meeting at 3:07 p.m.
