RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO NORTH FRONT RANGE WATER QUALITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the North Front Range Water Quality Board,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Elizabeth Relford to said board as the Weld County Representative, with a term to expire
December 31, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Elizabeth Relford, be, and hereby is, appointed to the North Front Range
Water Quality Board, with a term to expire December 31, 2024.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 10th day of April, A.D., 2024, nunc pro tunc February 9, 2024.
