The road described in the notices herein referred to was granted on the 11th day of September and the notices were preparod at that time, but inasmuch as : • there was a question raised as to the right of way to be acquired from The Warren Live Stock Company, Mt. Rowe asked to have the notices held up until the matter of right of way could be definitely settled. The posting of these notices at this time is somewhat irregular but 1 believe it will be a good plan to post them as the law requires it.
