1442/33:
WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Charles 0. Bursiel, has requested
authorization to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate No. 1442 of the 1933
Tax Sale, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado,
believes it to be in the best interests of Weld County to cancel said Tax Sale
Certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Charles 0. Bursiel, be and he
is hereby authorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate No. 1442 of the 1933
Tax Sale for the taxes of 1932, 1933, 1934, and 1935 on Lots 17 to 26, Block 70,
Hudson, Ex r/w Hudson.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following votes

Lots 17 to 26, Block 70, Hudson were sold for taxes in 1933
Ex r/w Hudson
for the 1932 taxes andt he taxes for 1933-1934 and 1935 were endorsed on Ctf.
1442 of the 1933 tax sale of which these taxes were a part only.
At the request of the present owner, I have checked this out
with the Assessor's office and it appears to have been at that time a double
paid
assessment. All taxes have been/on these lots since that time.
Request is hereby made that you furnish the County Treasurer
a resolution authorizing him to'cancel that part of Co. Ctf. 1442 of the 1933
tax sale for the taxes of 1932,1933,1934 & 1935 on Lots 17 to 26, Block 70,
Hudson, Ex r/w Hudson.
