I, JOSEPH J. DOLAN, Dieing the duly elected, qualified and acting District
Attorney in and for the Eighth Judicial District in the State of Colorado, do
hereby appoint Scutt Clugston of Greeley , Colorado, as
one of ay Deputies in and for Weld County, Colorado, said appointment to
commence on the 1st day of Lily A.D. 1964, and to continue during my term of
office, unless sooner terainatedl and I do hereby request the Judges of the
District Court of the Eighth Judicial District to fix the compensation of the
said Scott CLr ston at the sum of Six Theaand Dollars 06,000.00) each
year, to be paid in twelve equal eothly installments out of the general fund
of Weld County, Colorado.
