Dear Jamie,
In response to your recent application, Weld County has been awarded $34,689
from DOLA for the first Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) allocation of
federal fiscal year 2024. Please note that total award amounts for federal fiscal
year 2024 are not known at this time, but they generally do not vary greatly
from year to year. These funds are restricted to those federal objectives and
eligible expenses outlined in your DOLA CSBG contract.
Your grant number is: CSBG-24-027. Please refer to this grant number on any
correspondence related to the grant. Formulaic funds must be fully expended
by September 30, 2025 and submitted for reimbursement by October 31, 2025.
Please check budget line descriptions for the relevant period of performance
for any discretionary funds received, if applicable, as this may differ.
Please submit reimbursement requests through the DOLA grants portal and any
grant -related correspondence to your Program Manager, Alex Diaz, at
303.864.8423 or alex.diaz@state.co.us.
