REVERTING GRAVEL EASEMENT
DATED APRIL 16, 1959: MOORE 8 BRIGGS
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, sign a Quit Claim Deed reverting all of their right, title and interest
in and to an easement removing all gravel, sand, road making and building material
acquired by instrument dated April 16, 1959 and recorded in the records of the
Weld County Clerk and Recorder on April 21, 1959 in Book 1529, Page 503 and
Page 504, on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located
Range 67 West; Starting
running North along the
right-of-way a distance
thence West Northwest a
Northeast a distance of
East 600 feet in an arc
in Section 25, Township 1 North,
at the Southeast corner of property
West side of the Great Western Railroad
of 860 feet to the point of beginning;
distance of 940 feet; thence , North
130 feet; thence, East 300 feet; thence
pattern along the south side of the
Great Western Railroad right -of way"Y" ; thence, South 200 feet
to point of beginning. The described area marked at the points
of mention by iron grader blade stakes; said tract contains 52
acres more or less.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

THIS DEED, Made this 10th day of April, in the year of
our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-eight, between WELD
COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the
State of Colorado, by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for its
respective interests, of the COUNTY OF WELD, and the STATE OF
COLORADO, of the first part, and MOORE AND BRIGGS, of the
COUNTY OF WELD, and STATE OF COLORADO, of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, and in consid-
eration of the sum of other valuable considerations and ten dollars, to said
party of the first part in hand and paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has remised,
released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents does
remise, release, sell, convey, and QUIT CLAIM unto the said party of the
second part, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said
party of the first part has in and to the following described real estate situate,
lying and being in the County of Weld and State of Colorado, b -wit:
As more particularly described in instrument dated April 16,
1959, recorded April 21, 1959, in Book 1529, Page 503 and
Page 504, Weld County Records.
To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever,
of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, their heirs and
assigns forever.
SIGNED AND DELIVERED this 10th day of April, A. D. , 1968, by
WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the
STATE OF COLORADO by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, for
its respective irltere'sts.
