WHEREAS, The New High Plains Public Library System has
recently been formed; and
WHEREAS, The Weld County Library has been asked to appoint
a member to the eight -man board, by and through the County
Commissioners of Weld County;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County do hereby appoint Leonard Burch
as a director to the New High Plains Public Library System as
the representative from Weld County.
