F. Huerter Dba Gilcrest Farm Equipment, Box 7, Gilcrest; Charles A. McKay, Box 394; Arch N. McKay, Box 54; 0. M. Belcher, Mayor, Box 26; Philip Hun- ter, Box 26; Earl P. Cogburn, Box 36; Earle L. Coon, Box 24, all of Gilcrest; A. J. Kaveny, Sr., 1925 -18th Avenue, Greeley; Otto Borders; Estate of Ole Johnson by Floyd 0. Johnson, Exec., both of La Salle, Colorado. Ar+ King said he felt it should be tabled until they could have a special meeting and go out and look over the location. George Mosier made a motion that they go -Lit on Wednesday morning at 9:00 A. M. and lock the location over. Seconded by ;hn Watson, Carried. my Zimbelman, George Zimbelman and Ed Lind, Adams County Engineer, presented r,;ans for a shopping center and 150 lots for housing at the Weld and Adams County ;h❑ Wheeler made a motion that the Planning Commission go on Record as Approving -,::d recommend to the Board of County Commissioners the proposed Zimbelman Heights housing and shopping center. Seconded by John Watson. Approved. . J. McConahay of Wheatridge (Telephone No. Harrison 4-8202) stated he owns Sec - ion 27-2-66 and would like to have the north 200 acres surveyed and divided into n_ --half acre tracts for residential purposes. George Mosier made a motion to accept the porposal to sub -divide and when survey- ed then file the proposed plans with the Commissioners. Seconded by John Watson. Motion Carried. John Wheeler suggested that Dr. Troxel make a map, all in one piece like the one they have made so that the Planning Commission can officially adopt it. He also felt that back for one-half mile on all state highways should be strip zoned. George Mosier made a motion that Dr. Troxel try to get the map finished by the next regular meeting and to make a request that J. K. Smith attend the next meeting to go over the map. Seconded by Elmer Shultz. Carried. There being no further business John Wheeler moved the meeting be adjourned. Sec- onded by Elmer Shultz. Carried.
