As advertised this bid is for the Health Departments Mobile Medical Unit. The low bidder was High Level
Enterprises for $448,840.00 but, did not meet the bid specifications. High Level Enterprises included a
powertrain option that is not available with the chassis in the bid submission.
The second low bid was LDV Inc in the amount of $484,739.00 but, did not meet bid specifications. LDV
Inc included a powertrain option that does not meet bid specification being a gasoline engine.
The third lowest bid was Transwest Truck Trailer RV in the amount of $521,565 and meets specifications.
Being that the first and second lowest bidders do not meet bid specifications, Weld County Fleet
Services recommends awarding to the third lowest bidder Transwest Truck Trailer RV in the amount of
$521,565.00.
