Thank you for giving the City of Greeley the opportunity to review the above -mentioned project.
The subject site is located within Greeley's Long Range Expected Growth Area (LREGA), the
area in which the community anticipates annexation and urban development to occur in the
future. However, we have determined there are no concerns in vacating the right of way.
