Thank you for your letter of April 26 informing us of the imminent
expiration of Agreement C.D. No. 5845-L -A, between the Union Pacific
Railroad Company and Weld County, covering a portion of right of way
for highway purposes at Pierce, Colorado.
It is our desire to continue the lease, and therefore, wish it
renewed.
