As advertised this bid is for the acquisition of Security Cameras, Equipment and Licensing. Facilities
received seven (7) bids.
The low bid was from STEM Consultants INC. and did not meet specifications. They did not provide any
of the required camera licensing.
The second low bid was from Howard Technology Solutions and did not meet specifications. They did
not include the required camera licensing per the project bid specifications.
The third low bid was from Kijero, LLC. and did not meet specifications. they did not include the required
camera licensing per the project bid specifications.
The fourth low bid is from Paladin Technologies and meets specifications.
Therefore, the Facilities Department is recommending the award to Paladin Technologies in the amount
of $77,822.00.
