and maintenance facilities, and a 230kV interconnecting transmission line to connect to a new Tri-
State Switching Station, outside of subdivisions and historic townsites in the A (Agricultural) Zone
District - Prospect LLC

Legal: The Solar Facility encumbers the W1/2 and the NE1/4 of Section 30, T1 N, R62W; the S1/2 of
Section 25; the SE1/4 of Section 26; All of Section 35; and the NE1/4 of Section 34, all located in
Ti N, R63W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado.
Location: Generally located between CR 67 and CR 75 and between CR 2 and CR 6.

Public Service Company of Colorado's (PSCo) Right of Way & Permits Referral Desk
has reviewed the plan for The Solar Facility and currently has no apparent conflict.
As a safety precaution, PSCo would like to remind the developer to call the Utility
Notification Center by dialing 811 for utility locates prior to any construction.
