ROTH SUBDIVISION:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual rights -of -
way over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the
public, in the Roth Subdivision, situate in a part of the Northeast Quarter
of Section 31, Township 7 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County,
Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of said Section 31 and considering the
East line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 31 to bear South
00°06'40" East and with all other bearings contained herein being
relative thereto:
Thence South 00°06'40" East, along the East line of the NE4 of said
Section 31, 1,547.83'; thence N 89°14'40" West, 2,390.20'; thence
North 00°14'50" East, 1,372.31' to a point on the North line of the
NEI of said Section 31; thence North 86'32'20" East, 2,385.42' to
the point of beginning, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for
filing and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown
are approved, provided however, that the County of Weld will not undertake
the maintenance of the streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been
constructed by the subdivider, according to specifications and accepted by
the County of Weld, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subdivider shall post a bond in the
sum of $7,028.00 to guarantee absolute compliance with County Road specifications
and that said bond shall continue in effect until released by action of the
Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
