The Town does not support granting access for the proposed parish to use the private access road for the Town's Northern Wastewater Reclamation Facility (NWRF). a. The NWRF needs continuous access at all time for any potential emergency. At the time of a church service exiting, the access road would be hindered with parish traffic and create a potential safety issue. b. Granting use of the access would require relocating the access gate and fence line layout which would also need to accommodate the weight scales right off the access road. 2. A Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) Access Permit will be required for the proposed right -in and right -out access at the southeast corner of the property. CDOT may require auxiliary turning lanes along SH52 for the proposed access. 3. The existing access to the property will need to be decommissioned with CDOT.
