GORDON HOWARD vs. WELD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, et. al. , and WHEREAS, it would be to the best interest of Weld County and its residents that the County of Weld continue to assume the defense of the defendants who were acting in their official capacities in con- nection with the matters therein complained of, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Weld continue to assume the cost of the defense of the Weld County Commissioners, et. al. , until final determination of the case.
