DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY
JO ANN SUBDIVISION;
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that it hereby approves the dedication of the perpetual rights -of -way
over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public
in that subdivision known as Jo Ann Subdivision, situate in a part of the
Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section 26, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the
6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Southeast one -quarter;
thence N 90° 00' 00" W on an assumed bearing and along the South
line of said Southeast one -quarter a distance of 660.00 feet to
the true point of beginning; thence NOO° 00' 52" W and parallel
to the East Line of said Southeast one -quarter a distance of
2641.97 feet to a point on the North line of said Southeast
one -quarter; thence S 89° 43' 00" West along said North line
a distance of 1991.80 feet to the Northwest corner of said
Southeast one -quarter; thence S 00°'02' 30" W along the West line
of said Southeast one -quarter a distance of 2632.12 feet to the
Southwest corner of said Southeast one -quarter; thence S90° 00' 00"
E along the South line of said Southeast one -quarter a distance of
1994.35' to the true point of beginning. Contains 120.657 acres
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for
filing and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are
approved, provided however, that the County of Weld will not undertake the
maintenance of streets, roads, and right-of-way until they have been constructed
by the subdivider, according to specifications and accepted by the County of
Weld, and
