P ).R ) O 784 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Wednesday, June 19, 1968, at 1:45 P. M. , in the chambers of the Board of County Commis- sioners of Weld County, at Greeley, Colorado, for the purpose of hear- ing the petition of Ron Daggett and Arnold Burger, Route 4, Box 156, Longmont, Colorado, requesting a change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "C" Commercial District, and WHEREAS, one of the petitioners, Ron Daggett, was present, and WHEREAS, there was no one present in opposition to the change of zone, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony and statements from those present, WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request of the petitioners and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission as submited May 8, 1968, and having been fully informed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, that the petition of Ron Daggett and Arnold Burger, Route 4, Box 156, Longmont, Colorado, for change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "C" Commercial District, said area being more particularly described as follows: Pa -reel No. 2: A tract of land located in the SEI of Section 3, Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.
