WHEREAS, the County Treasurer, Charles 0. Bursiel, has requested
authorization to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate No. 1861 of the 1922
Tax Sale, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado,
believes it to be in the best interests of Weld County to cancel said Tax Sale
Certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, that the County Treasurer, Charles 0. Bursiel, be and he
is hereby authorized to cancel County Tax Sale Certificate No. 1861 of the 1922
Tax Sale for the taxes of 1921 and with the taxes for 1922 to 1930 endorsed
thereon on Lot 17, Block 26, Camfield.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

Dear Sirs:
Lot 17, B41:, 26, Camfield was sold in 1922 for the general
taxes of 1921 and the taxes for 1922 to 1930 were endorsed thereon.

to 1939 Ctf. 2052 was issued to the County and deed was issued on
Certificate to the County April 8, 1940.
In view of this deed on a later certificate, it is my opinion
Ctf. 1861 of the 1922 Tax Sale is null and void.
I therefore ask for a resolution
