WILLIAM S. GARNSEY MEMBER WELD COUNTY
LIBRARY BOARD:
WHEREAS, William S. Garnsey has submitted to the Board of County
Commissioners his resignation as a member of the Weld County Library Board,
and
WHEREAS, the services rendered in the interests of the public has
been at a great personal and financial sacrifice to Mr. Garnsey and has been
most beneficial to the Board of said Library and to the taxpayers of Weld County,
Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, does and they do hereby express their appreciation of
services rendered by Mr. Garnsey and now accept his resignation.
The above and foregoing resolution was on motion duly made and
seconded adopted by the following vote.

Gentlemen,
I find I must submit my resignation as a Trustee
of the Weld County Library. I have enjoyed my associ-
ation with the library, but find I cannot give it the
time that I should.
