OF WELD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION:
On motion by Commissioner Reed, seconded by Commissioner Shultz, it was
RESOLVED, that the County Attorney, Samuel S. Telep, attend all regular
County Planning Commission meetings and special meetings when legal services are
required; payment for said services to be allowed from the County Planning Com-
mission appropriation.
The above and foregoing resolution was adopted by the following vote:
