Notice Period Begins: May 15, 2024 Notice is hereby given that an application fora' proposed project or activity has been submitted to the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution: 'Applicant: PDC Energy, Inc. Facility: Ferguson 23 Sec HZ Well Production Facility SWNW Quadrant of Section 23, Township •5N, Range 64W Weld County The proposed project or activity is ad follows: This project is an application to receive initial construction permits for Points currently covered under a GP10. The facility includes a condensate tank (point 002, permit 23WE0028), hydrocarbon loadout (point 003, permit 24WE0029), PW tank (point 004, permit 24WE0030), and two engines which will be covered under GP02s. The facility is located in the severe ozone'non-attainment area and is synthetic minor for NOx NANSR and TV -OP, VOC NANSR,, PSD, and TV -OP, as well as n - hexane. The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C due to the following reason(s): the source is requesting a federally enforceable limit on the potential to emit in order to avoid other requirements The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
