RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING PETITIONS FOR ABATEMENT OR REFUND OF TAXES FOR VARIOUS ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND TAXPAYERS WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of admirfistering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, at a duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 18th day of September, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, State of Colorado, were presented with Petitions for Abatement or Refund of Taxes for the various Account Numbers and taxpayers, as listed below, at which meeting there were present the following members: Chair Pro-Tem Perry L. Buck, and Commissioners Mike Freeman, Scott K. James, and Lori Saine, with Chair Kevin D.
