ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT-OF-WAY
BRENCKLE SUBDIVISION:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of perpetual right-of-way over
the public roads, streets, highways, easements in behalf of the public, in
Brenckle Subdivision, being a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE4) of Section 9, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M., more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the South Quarter Corner (S}1Cor.) of said Section 9,
Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M., thence N 90° 00'
00" E along the S line of said Section 9; 132.00 ft to the true pt
of beginning; thence N 00° 01' 00" W 180.00 ft; thence N 90° 00' 00"
E 246.16 ft; thence S 00° 00' 00" E 50.00 ft; thence N 90° 00' 00"
E 290.00 ft; thence S 00° 00' 00" E 130.00 ft; thence S 90° 00' 00"
W along the S line of said Section 9; 536.10 ft to the true pt of
beginning;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld
County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for filing,
and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted,
provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of
streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider
according to specifications,' and accepted by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
