Thank you for the follow-up.
Little Thompson Water District (LTWD) does not currently serve 27001 County Road 17 (parcel
#095720100004). LTWD does, however, own and operate a 2.5 -inch diameter waterline along
the eastern portion of the subject property that, approximately 700 feet north of the
intersection of WCRs 17 and 54, transitions to a 6 -inch diameter waterline going south.
Additionally, LTWD owns and operates a 6 -inch diameter waterline along the south side of
WCR 54. Please note that the waterlines mentioned are in 20 -foot -wide easements owned by
LTWD.
The District understands that the subject property is in the early stages of development,
making it challenging for you to accurately project the water needs of the subject property at
this time. As such, it has been requested that LTWD provide general acknowledgment of its
willingness to serve, which is as follows:
LTWD is not opposed to serving the subject property. However, in order to evaluate
any future development's impact on LTWD infrastructure and our ability to serve, the
applicant will need to work through the District's commitment letter process.
