Hi Ralph,
As I mentioned on the phone, the property owned by the City of Thornton at the northeast corner of WCR 2 (E
168th Avenue) and WCR 17 (Quebec Street) is designated for a lift station as part of the Thornton Water Project.
Additionally, some of the property may be utilized for realignment of the road at some point in the future. I didn't
find any details on the Weld County property report regarding the sales price, but if you have any additional
questions you can reach out to our Real Property Manager (see contact information below).
