ACCEPTING DEDICATION ORPETUAL RIGHT ,OF WAY OVER THE IC ROADS, STREETS,
HIGHWAYS, EASEMENTS IN b:ACIOUS LIVING FILING'NO. 4. WELD OUNTY, COLORADO, IN
BEHALF OF THE PUBLIC:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of perpetual right-of-way over the
public roads, streets, highways, easements in the Spacious Living Filing No. 4,
Weld County, Colorado, in behalf of the public, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of Sec. 31, TIN, R 65 W of the 6th P.M.,
thence SO°09'30"E along the W line of said Section 31 a distance of 1980'
to the true point of beginning; thence SO°09'30"E along the W line of
said Sec. 31 a distance of 660.00' to a point, said point being the NW
corner of the SW4 of said Sec. 31, and also being a point of the N line
of Public Service Co. R.O.W. as recorded in Deed Book 1573, Page 592,
Weld County Records; thence SO°09'30" E a distance of 210.00' to a point,
said point being on the S line of Public Service Co. R.O.W. and also
being the NW corner of Spacious Living Filing No. 3; thence S89°52'30"E
along the S line of said Public Service Co. R.O.W. a distance of 900.00'
to a point, said point being the NE corner of Spacious Living Filing No.3;
thence SO°09'30"E along the E line of Spacious Living Filing No. 3 a
distance of 976.00' to the point of curvature of a curve to the left
having a radius of 100.00' and a central angle of 41°44'00"; thence south-
easterly along said curve a distance of 72.83' to the point of tangency of
said curve; thence S41°53'30"E along the NE line of Spacious Living Filing
No. 3 a distance of 275.37' to a point, said point being the SE corner of
Spacious Living Filing No. 3; thence N48°06'30"E along the northwesterly
R.O.W. line of a State Highway(U.S. No.6) a distance of 431.76' to a point,
said point being on the centerline of Bowles Seepage Ditch; thence N14°30'00"
E a distance of 178.62'; thence N29°23'00"E a distance of 159.61'; thence
N04°29'00"E a distance of 198.02'; thence N08°32'00"E a distance of 126.00';
thence N26°56'00"E a distance of 109.50'; thence N47°15'00"E a distance of

said point being on. the S line of Public Service Co. R.O.W.; thence

intersection of the N. line of the SW4 of said Sec. 31 at the centerline of
Bowles Seepage Ditch, said point also being on the N line of said Public
Service Co. R.O.W.; thence N42°16'00"W a distance of 106.24'; thence
N35°27'00"W a distance of 131.50'; thence N23°24'00"W a distance of 230.65';
thence N08°13'00"W a distance of 126.00'; thence N23°17'00"W a distance of
150.84' to a point, said point being on the centerline of Bowles Seepage
Ditch; thence N89°52'30"W a distance of 1541.79' to the true point of
beginning, except right-of-way described and recorded in Deed Book 1573,
Page 592, Weld County, Colorado Records; all in Sec. 31, TIN, R65 W of the
6th P.M., in Weld County, Colorado.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for filing, and the
public roads, streets, highways, easements thereon shown are accepted by the County of
Weld provided, however, that the County of Weld will undertake maintenance of roads,
streets, and rights -of -way after they have been constructed by the subdivider, not the
County of Weld.
Reference is hereby made to the records of the Weld County Recorder in
Book 9 , at Page.;Re/ of .
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

highways, easements in the Spacious Living Filing Wes. 1, 2 Sand
part of a, South of the Public Service Nissement, and having found that
satisfactory, the Board of County Commissioners hereby accept this
area for maintenance by Road District Number Three.
