WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission by
resolution has recommended to the Board of County Com-
missioners that the application of Roy Lundvall of
Greeley, Colorado, concerning the filing of Indian
Hills Subdivision Replat for road and easement dedi-
cations to the public use be denied; and,
WHEREAS, said unfavorable recommendation is at-
tached hereto and made a part of this resolution by
reference, and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners now
being fully advised;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the applica-
tion of Roy Lundvall concerning filing of Indian Hills
Subdivision Replat for road and easement dedication to
the public use be, and it hereby is, denied.

introduced for passage by the Weld County Planning Commission:
Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the Subdivision
Plat For Indian Hills Subdivision Replat
located on the following described property Weld County, Colorado, to -wit:
A parcel of land in the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section
Thirty-five (35), Township Five (5) North, Range Sixty-six
(66) West of the 6th P1 M., Weld County Colorado
be recommended a NteGIM k (unfavorably) to the Board of County Commis-
sioners for the following reasons:
The plat is poor planning unless it fits in with the future
road plans of the County Commissioners
subject to the following
Meeting of the Planning Commission.and the County Commissioners
regarding future road plans
