As advertised, this Request for Proposal is for General Investment Consultant Services for Defined
Benefit Retirement Plan. After bid responses were received, it was discovered the results of the bid
should have not been presented to the Board of County Commissioners for consideration. This is due to
the Retirement Board being an entity independent of Weld County. Therefore, the recommendation is
for the BOCC to withdraw this bid.
