Bids were received and opened on June 27, 2024, for B2400104 - 1250 Elections
Cabling. Two (2) bids were received ranging from $14,845.68 to $16,000.00. Attached
is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Sturgeon Electric out of
Henderson, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $14,845.68 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2400104 - 1250
Elections Cabling to Sturgeon Electric, for a total amount of $14,845.68.
