WHEREAS, the County Treasurer has submitted the following list
of Treasurer's Certificates of Putchase covering properties on which
Treasurer's Deeds can now be issued, to -wit:

Ctf No. 243/1958 L3, Blk 56, Milliken

WHEREAS, the County is desirous of obtaining Deeds in order that
the property can be sold, thereby returning the properties to the tax roll.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman of the Board be and he hereby
is authorized to sign request for tax deeds, a copy of the request is hereto
attached and made a part of this resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
