RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO FEDERAL MINERAL LEASE ACT BOARD OF
DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the term for a certain position on the Federal Mineral Lease Act Board of
Directors will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Bruce White to said board, with a term to expire January 15, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Bruce White, be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Federal Mineral Lease
Act Board of Directors, with a term to expire January 15, 2027.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 29th day of January, A.D., 2024, nunc pro tunc January 15, 2024.
