RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS AND REASSIGNMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Juvenile Community Review Board will
soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Erin Rossiter to said board and reassign from an Alternate to a Regular Juvenile Service Planning
Committee Representative position, with a term to expire November 1, 2027, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Kyle Ragland to said board and reassign from an Alternate to a Regular Human Services
Representative position, with a term to expire November 1, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Erin Rossiter and Kyle Ragland, be, and hereby are, reappointed to, and
reassigned on the Juvenile Community Review Board, both with terms to expire November 1,
2027.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 4th day of November, A.D., 2024.
