As advertised this bid is for fire alarm replacements in various Weld County buildings. After the bids
were received, discrepancies in the bids were noted. After investigating the irregularities, it was
determined that the scope of work and the specifications were not defined as well as they should have
been.
Therefore, the Facilities department recommends rejecting all bids, correcting the specifications and re-
bidding the project at a later date.
