Allen which is situated on a 5 -acre piece of ground and request your approval for use of the property as both my home and kennels. My children and I have a family hobby of raising dogs and we do not plan a large commercial operation but since we will no doubt sell some of the offspring of our pets, we feel we should have formal approval of the Planning Commission for kennels. The children and I have met a number of the area residents, have visited the local schools, etc., and know that we will enjoy living in Weld County. Since the decision must be made soon, we respectfully request that you consider this matter 'at your October 6 meeting. A legal description of our proposed new home is attached. Should you wish any additional information you may reach me at the address or telephone number given below. Also, if you were unable to contact me, you may call upon Miss Jewel Wolkenhauer or Mr. Bert Stalcup of Fritchle and Company, Realtors, 4150 E. Mexico, Denver 80222, telephone 757-5401.
