ACCEPTING RE -DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY
CASCADE PARK SUBDIVISION:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the dedication of perpetual rights -of -way in Cascade Park Subdivision,
as listed in a resolution dated April 8, 1964, be and they are hereby vacated; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the re -dedication of perpetual rights -of -way over
the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public in the
Cascade Park Subdivision, being a tract of land located in the NW/NE/ of Section 13,
Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, more parti-
cularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of said Sec 13 (considering the N line
of said Sec 13 to bear N 89°56'20" E and all bearings herein being
relative thereto:
Thence S 89°56'20" W 1,336.87', m/1, along the N line of said Sec
13 to the NE corner of the NW/NE/ of said Sec 13; thence S 00°08'05"
W along the E line of the NW4NE4 of said Sec 13, 45.00', m/l, to the
N line of Lot 20, Block 1, Cottonwood Village; as platted and recorded
in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, Weld County, Colorado;

3E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the plat be and it is hereby accepted and approved for
filing and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are
accepted provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance
of said roads, streets and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the
subdivider, according to specifications, and accepted by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
