RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO AREA AGENCY ON AGING ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the term for a certain position on the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board
will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Nancy Haffner and Gillian Smith to said board, both with terms to expire January 31, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Nancy Haffner and Gillian Smith be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board, both with terms to expire January 31, 2027.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of February, A.D., 2024, nunc pro tunc February 1, 2024.
